Good Practice Guidelines for the Employment/Deployment of Coaches
These guidelines have been designed to provide some good practice examples/ideas for the employment and deployment of sports coaches.
It has been recognised that there are varied and inconsistent approaches to employing sports coaches and we are seeking to provide people with practical ways of ensuring that they have the best possible coach in place to deliver their objectives.
We hope this gives some rationale behind the approaches to be considered and raises awareness of areas that need to be taken into account to ensure that employing agencies cover all eventualities.
