CLOA is the only Association established exclusively to represent local government’s leading cultural and leisure managers. It is where opinion is benchmarked for major policy development. CLOA engages in regular meetings with Government Ministers and other policy makers. It consistently lobbies for positive change across the cultural and leisure sectors.
