- Want to meet other people who want to start to run in your area?
- Have you ever seen people running on the roads or in the local parks and wished you did it too?
- Would you like to make new friends and exercise outdoors, away from the gym environment?
- Running is an ideal sport for everyone - only basic clothing is required, it can be done alone or in groups and at times to suit you.
- We can help with introductory courses to help you learn how to run, understand footwear and clothing and help meet new friends.
