Hampshire and Isle of Wight County Athletics Coaching Days

The Network will be running 3 Coaching Days for Coaches and Athletes this winter (2009-10), with the County’s top performing athletes in all track and field events being invited to attend along with their coaches.

These sessions will provide development opportunities for athletes and coaches together with County Coaches leading each event group through a training session.
